Las reservas deben ser abonadas a su llegada Para la reservación de habitaciones se abonara el 50% de la reserva.
Si la reserva es de un solo día, se abonara el importe total de la reserva.
CONDICIONES DE CANCELACION DE RESERVA
Las cancelaciones deben realizarse con al menos 72 horas antes de su llegada.
Si cancelas tu reserva antes de las 12:00, hora local del establecimiento se te abonara la cantidad pagada, menos el 10% por gasto de gestión.
Las cancelaciones hechas después de las 12:00 y los no-shows (la no presentación en el establecimiento), comportara la cancelación de l a reserva y el cargo de la primera noche por habitación, además del 10% por gasto de gestión.

La perdida de llave comportara un cargo de 5 euros.

Su reserva será mantenida activa hasta 1 hora después de la hora de llegada prevista. Será necesario comunicar cualquier retraso directamente al establecimiento por teléfono.
Si usted no ha comunicado dicho retraso y no hay disponibilidad de habitación, no tendrá derecho a reclamar el importe de la misma.
